It may seem like just 8 drips of Costa Rica San Juanillo, but they're so enchantingly delicious that you'll want more and more, turning 8 into 48 in no time!

Recipe:

1. Heat water to 96 degrees Celsius, open the drip bag, and place it over a cup. Pour the first portion of water (40ml), allow it to drip, then pour the second portion of water (70ml) up to the edges and let it drip as well.
   
2. Repeat the pouring (another 70ml). Once all the water has dripped through, remove the drip bag from the cup and stir the coffee with a spoon.
3. Let it cool slightly. Enjoy!
